If you’ve listened to the last few episodes of this podcast, you may have noticed a common thread: all the guests, including today’s, are doing very different things in very different markets.

However, they each have the most amazingly positive attitude about what they’re trying to do.

I think that’s why they are finding and seizing the opportunities they see. 

And they all have chutzpah!

No one is born with chutzpah! I believe – because I’ve seen it with my own eyes – that you can develop it with intention. But that does require quieting the negative voices and getting out of your own way.
