You don't want to be seen as desperate.
You don't want to bother them.
You don't know what to say.
And maybe you also kind of forget.
These are just a few of the reasons you don't follow up, even when it's an outstanding proposal for a project you really want.
But you know what actually gets communicated when you don't follow up?
You're not interested.
You're not available.
And you don't really care.
