I hired someone who does what I do

| 1-min read Stay updated

As my pile of work grew, I realized I needed someone to take things off my plate.

Yet, whenever I would get behind with work, my mind would tell me: It’s going to take so much more time to train someone than to do it myself.

But guess what? That wasn’t true. It was just me being afraid of change.

I just needed to be okay with the fact that I needed help—from someone like me: a freelance web designer.

It’s easier to hire a copywriter because it’s farther away from what I actually do.

It’s easier to hire a marketing coach because I need guidance and accountability.

It’s easier to hire a developer for specialty stuff, because it saves me lots of time.

But could I hire a freelance web designer to help me?!

I had to. And I did. Two of them, actually!

In my latest blog post, I share how to get help without expanding.
