No marketing budget? Your assets might be larger than you think.

If you have a small (or nonexistent) marketing budget, like many new businesses do, how can you compete with bigger companies with large marketing budgets?

In this week’s episode of Project Grow, solutions are discussed. Allison O'Neill, owner of Soho children’s shop, Bundle, shares what’s working for her, and I share my advice:

What other assets do you have besides money? Perhaps you have a large network and email list of loyal customers? This can be more valuable than money when it comes to marketing. Your network can endorse your product, which means a lot in this cluttered business environment.
