One of the "most read" articles (with lots of reader comments) in the "Learn" section of my new favorite networking site, Biznik, is the one called, "Why I Don’t Work Hourly and Neither Should You" by Chris Haddad.
The topic is a hot one that we get a lot of pushback on too when we talk about it. But I love this article because Chris is brutally honest about the effect of hourly work. I especially like his insight into how it encourages deception and is unfair to your clients. Read the article here.
