Less whining + more efficient web design

My clients are usually pretty motivated and excited. But over the past few years, I’ve seen two particular things take my clients from excited to miserable:

  1. “This template isn’t doing what I want.”
  2. “I just can’t get my copy done.”

Though I used to be more flexible about these things, I’m putting my foot down. I won’t let these problems happen anymore! I want my clients to be happy and excited.  I don’t want them to be frustrated or miserable—ever. Plus, my 6 year old fills up my whining capacity; I have no room for it in my business.

Most of all…I want my clients to walk away with the best darn websites possible.

This is why I’m updating my business practices to just say no to these backwards website-planning practices.
