Regina was used to negotiating for corporate clients and job candidates, but when she started her own firm, Talent2050, she needed to learn how to negotiate for herself as a business owner.

Regina says, “I had to make a conscious shift in my approach and thinking because I was setting the terms now.” She had to resist the urge to discount her services, and also deal with fears about being too aggressive. See what she learned:
