As things slow down for the holidays, this is the perfect time look
back at what you've accomplished and forward to what can be improved
for next year.
During a mentoring session last week with Jennifer Neal of K9 Design),
she and I took the long view of her Marketing Machine, which we've been
working together on for the past year. Here are the questions she
wanted to address:
- What tools are we using?
- What tools do we still need to create?
- Of the tools already in place, what could we do better next year?
- What are we failing at so far? How can we improve that?
