Designer's Proposal Single 6
WHAT IT IS
Printed Booklet for a Non Profit Organization
WHAT YOU GET
Highlights: This response to an RFP for a prospect the designer has not met personally adds a personal element in the cover letter, acknowledging a personal connection to the product that could set this firm apart. There is a page dedicated to the research and thinking this firm has already done about the project while preparing the proposal. The printing estimate is separated from the estimate for professional service fees. The timeline and budget are combined and laid out in a way that makes it easy to see how much things cost, with brief descriptions of what is involved. The remainder of the pages (more than half) are given over to background about the firm, the staff, client list and relevant samples. Visually, the proposal is pleasing, designed with a balance of images /text making it easy to read.
