Highlights: This is another comprehensive project with many moving parts and much unknown. This firm has addressed the issue of unknowns by providing a sample action plan, as well as estimates (in table format) for a wide variety of possible projects. This was also a project where a collaborator was recruited and positioned as a “partner” to be able to highlight relevant library experience. Emphasis here is on the smallness of the firm, playing up the benefits of fewer people—quicker turnaround, lower prices, contact with the principal.
