solopreneurs is a
regular phone session, designed first and foremost to provide
accountability, guidance and feedback.
Together, we begin by setting
specific and realistic short and long-term goals. Here are examples of
actual client goals:

clients to hire me.
- New web site that
supports the evolution of the business.
- Begin publishing
a monthly email newsletter.
- Expand prospect
list from 70 to 150 names.
- Have four or five
new prospects in my pipeline each month

At the foundation
of the process is a
simple, concrete plan of action to help you take small but solid steps
toward your goals, while you also do all your day-to-day business
tasks. At the end of each session, your mentor will give you a bit of
"homework" –customized to you– toward those goals.
The process is structured enough to keep you on track, yet flexible
enough to be tailored to your specific needs. To start, you can choose
from a la carte consulting, a 3-month or a 6-month engagement.
